Ice Dragon color practice

don't freak out I'm not stealing this is my work and I'm just moving this from my old account onto this new one

I've seen a lot of artists color with gradient and I've always felt drawn to that coloring style so I finally decided to give it a shot myself. For my first time I'm pretty proud of this, but I shaded rather softly because I'm not confident enough to try flat shading on top of the gradient XD. I referenced 's work, specifically from her drawing book DragonArt: Evolution (If you've never heard of her or the books she's a fantastic artist and I focused mainly on her coloring style in this piece) Overall this was a lot of fun to do and I'll continue to color in this way because it's just that awesome XD
